BREAKING: NLC Suspends 5-Day Warning Strike In Kaduna
The Kaduna State chapter of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) has suspended its 5-day warning strike over anti-labour practices of the state government under Governor Nasir el-Rufai.
The suspension is coming two days to the end of the warning strike embarked upon to press home demands of the workers union in the state.
Announcing the suspension, the NLC President, Comrade Ayuba Wabba, said the decision was to honour the invitation of the Federal Government to mediate in the dispute between labour and the Kaduna State Government on Thursday.
