The High Court of Lagos State sitting in Ikeja has summoned a former governor of the state, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu to appear within 42 days over fraud allegations connected to Alpha Beta.
Focus Naija gathered that the claimant, Mr. Dapo Apara, who is former Chief Executive Officer of Alpha Beta has vowed to pursue the case even up to Supreme Court.
