ROYALTY LOUNGE AND SUITES BOSS, TUNDE OLAOGUN CANVASSES SUPPORT FOR POLICE TOTAL REFORM, NOT ENDSARS AGITATION

Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of Royalty Lounge and Suites, Ikeja, Lagos, has expressed displeasure over the ongoing #ENDSARS protests rocking the country. He added that the need for total reform of The Nigeria Police Force is the only solution to police brutality being experienced in different parts of the country.

Speaking with The Message International on Tuesday, October 13, 2020, the famous entrepreneur cum politician  who was once a victim of police brutality stated, "I have been a victim of police brutality, and I truly know how it feels. However, the agitation to end SARS I not the right one. Rather, it should be Reform The Police Now, and with full concentration on reorientation and attitudinal change. If this can be done, and as a matter of urgency that it demands, Nigeria will be at peace."

Meanwhile, despite the fact that the Inspector General of Police(IGP), Muhammed Adam has banned the Special Anti Robbery Squard (SARS) in line with the demands of the teeming Nigerian youths home and abroad, protests are yet to yet end as more and more states keep joining the struggle which in some occasions has results in loss of lives and property.
