The National Assembly has shifted its resumption to Tuesday, September 29, 2020.
This was disclosed in a statement issued by the Acting Clerk to the National Assembly, Ojo Olatunde Amos on Saturday, September 12, 2020.
Meanwhile, the House had earlier set September 15, 2020 for the resumption of activities after its long recess.
The statement reads: “This is to inform all distinguished Senators and Honourable members of the National Assembly, that the resumption of Plenary sessions earlier scheduled for Tuesday, September, 15, 2020 is hereby rescheduled for Tuesday, September, 29, 2020.
"We regret any inconveniences caused by this change of date”.
