BBNAIJA SEASON 5: WILL LAYCON SURVIVE SUNDAY'S EVICTION?

By Tade Asifat

On Sunday, September 13, 2020, the ongoing TV reality show, Big Brother Naija (BBN) took a dramatic turn as eviction nomination process was changed and winner of Head of House Challenge was also barred from appointing deputy as usual, leaving the remaining six housemates open for possible eviction the following week.

The process of next eviction, however, was announced by Biggie who dolled out  instructions to the six housemates after Nengi has emerged last head of house for this season. After they have been divided into two groups-Teams White and Black, Big Brother asked  each team to  come up with two housemates to be nominated for final eviction on Sunday, September 20, 2020 from the opposing groups.

After the exercise, most talked about housemate and rapper, Moshood Olamilekan Agbelese, popularly called Laycon,  appeared on the list of the possible evictees alongside Ozo, TrikyTee, and Dorathy come next episode of the popular entertainment show anchored by Ebuka Uchendu.

The outcome of the nomination process has since sent gilters down the spines of the teeming fans and lovers of the Lagos born singer who have earlier tipped their favourite candidate for the final of the competition as Laycon's likelihood of  crossing the hurdle may be met with stiff competitions from  other housemates on the list, especially Ozo and Dorathy who seemed to have garnered larger fans as the game progresses. And the situation was compounded for the intelligent Laycon as he was eliminated from Wednesday's INNOSON MOTOR'S TASK earlier, and Ozo, another heavyweight contender,  emerged the winner of the brand new wonder on wheels.

With Ozo emerging the winner of this week's task, he has surely attracted more fans to his side which eventually brightens his chances of getting to the final of the competition slated for Sunday, September 27, 2020.

The teeming fans of the graduate of Philosophy, University of Lagos,  especially the icons, have since relaunched a massive campaign on social media with a view to save their own so that Laycon can join Nengi, Neo and Vee on the podium as finalists come Sunday, September 27, 2020 when the show will come to an end for this year.
