As the dreaded Coronavirus keep wrecking havoc on the global land scape, it has been confirmed that a total of 1, 041, 126 people have contacted the deadly virus so far, leaving about 55, 132 dead.
This was also reported that the United States of America's cases have hit about 245, 658 while death toll due the virus is now about 6, 069, therefore increasing the panic among the entire citizenry of the country.
However, health experts have also suggested that the best way to curb the spread of the pandemic is to stay at home until further notice.
Now, the US is considering nationwide stay at home order as the cases keep increasing by the day.
In his live broadcast, Governor Andrew Cuomo said New York has recorded about 562 deaths in the last 24 hours, making it the highest number of deaths in a single day while many others are also being hospitalized.
"562 people died in the last 24 hours, biggest single day increase."
Also, Nigeria has confirmed six new cases, bringing the total cases to 190. This was released by National Centre for Disease Control(NCDC) on Friday, March 3, 2020. The body, however, stated that 20 of those receiving treatment have been discharged while only two deaths have been recorded since the virus broke out in Nigeria.
